For any change after payment, contact us through the contact page. We do our best to handle requests quickly.

Yes. From the ticket page, the recipient can download the ticket as a high-resolution image to keep, print or share.

A Tripveal gift ticket costs $12.99, with no subscription or hidden fees. It's a one-time payment for a one-of-a-kind ticket.

Yes — the Reveal works on desktop, tablet and phone. For a truly immersive experience (map animation, visual effects, sound), we recommend opening it on a computer or a large tablet.
