Everything you need to know before placing an order on Tripveal.
Pricing and payment
A Tripveal gift ticket costs $12.99 USD, a one-time payment with no subscription or hidden fees. Applicable sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.
Order and confirmation
Your order is confirmed once payment is received. A confirmation email containing your Reveal link is sent to you immediately afterward.
Nature of the product
Tripveal sells a digital service: the creation of an interactive travel gift ticket. No physical ticket is shipped. The service is available immediately after payment.
Tripveal is not a travel agency and does not sell airline tickets, hotel stays, or any travel services.
Reveal access period
The reveal link generated after payment is accessible for 12 months from the payment date. After this period, the link becomes inactive and the reveal page is no longer accessible.
Your order history remains available in your account with no time limit. Tripveal reserves the right to extend or modify this period without notice.
Refund policy
Because Tripveal is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once the Reveal has been generated.
That said, if you experience a technical problem or an obvious error, contact us at contact@tripveal.com — we'll work with you to find a solution.
Limitation of liability
Tripveal is responsible for properly delivering the digital service (generating the ticket, sending the email, and providing access to the Reveal). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tripveal is not liable for how the Reveal link is used once it has been shared. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Tripveal operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction in that location.
