Purpose of the service

Tripveal is a platform for creating and gifting travel gift tickets in the form of an interactive Reveal. The service is available to any individual of legal age (18 or older) with a valid payment method.

Account creation

Creating an account is optional to place an order. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Tripveal only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Transmit unlawful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service's systems
• Reproduce or resell the service without authorization

Service availability

Tripveal strives to keep the service available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Occasional maintenance may be performed.

Changes to these Terms

Tripveal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any material changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Tripveal operates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
