When you use Tripveal, we collect only the information needed to run the service:
- Name and email address (account creation or payment)
- Gift ticket details (destination, dates, message)
- Payment data (processed by Stripe / PayPal — not stored by us)

Your information is used solely to:
- Generate and deliver your gift ticket
- Send you your order confirmation
- Manage your account and Reveal history
- Improve the service (using anonymized data)
We never sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Cookies
Tripveal uses only essential technical cookies required for the site to function (session, security). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
Data retention
Your information is kept for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable law. You can request deletion at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can opt out of certain uses. Residents of states such as California may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (including the right to know what data we hold and the right to deletion).
